Oppo Mobiles - Compelled me to take the wrong phone

I go to work shop in my area and ask for mobile phone which is having a fast charging. They compelled me to take oppo f* phone that this is having fast charging and which you are selecting that is not having fast charging which was Oppo F* Pro and they gave me Oppo F* which took around three hours to charge from * to *** I am checking it from * day's then I go to them back and told them that this is the problem you gave me the phone which is not having the fast charging they refused that they didn't said that.they told me that they said that the Oppo F* for charging and that's it.please tell me what to do I took ***** of loan to take this phone.Tell me please which person these days take a phone which is not having a fast charging in these days of ***** rupees .
