am writing to inform you about the discomfort & having a very bad experience with your travel company. I had booked my ticket through your travel company on **th April.****. After several discussions with your customer care team on number ***********. they assure me as per your company policy amount will not refund before **-** day excluding saturday & sunday. which also mention in your trail mail also. As on date ** days is over and i have not received my amount yet. one thing which surprises me more is there is no follow up by your team in this regard.
Even when today I called your team again they said sir due to some technical error amount is not transferred in your account you have to wait **-** days more.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
