I have tried numerous times to get the refund for flights of holiday package NL*************.
but MakeMyTrip doesn't answer my call, once I select cancelled holiday package on IVR , call gets disconnected.
I have tried directly with airlines and they said MMT hasn't requested any refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
