I tried to order a laptop Asus vivobook ** (core i* - *th gen) on ** June **** by paytm whose cost was Rs **,***. But my order has failed and an amount of Rs **,*** get debited from my account. I checked the transaction statement and it's showing that paytm has deducted my amount. I contacted them but they are saying that I have not received any amount, so try to contact your bank. When I contacted my bank they are saying that paytm has deducted your amount so I can't do anything. Paytm repeatedly saying that I have not received any amount.
