First of all, I have been working in swiggy for * weeks . I want to seriously highlight some of the swiggy culture.
* .) The t- shirt which I received is of lower quality . Within one week of usage, the fiber came up and all the stickers became faded and torn apart.
* )I had been abused by one hotel owner and a customer . On Wednesday ** March at late night I was targeting *** and working really hard for the insensitive. By late *:** I got an order from Aramanam Restaurant , Thiruvalla . When I reached there, the hotel was closed and I cross-checked many times for anyone was available to get the order . I called for help and they were not responding and the help screen was stuck and came back by **:** pm and took the picture of closed restaurant and let the customer know about it. I also called the zone manager and let him know . On the way back, someone from Aramanam restaurant called me and yelled at me for not picking up the order . He was really rude and calling bad words without any reason. I raised a Google form and no resolution had been made. My whole day is devastated and I don't receive the targeted insensitive.
*) The swiggy is not paying for the exact km run by the delivery partners.The location sharing by the customer may some times entirely different from the exact location of customer. Sometimes it may be a difference of even * km . When we call the help desk, they promise us the extra mile . But those promises and tickets never get cleared. And the value of time running behind the target will be fully wasted. PS: There are many other problems we are facing and you are aware of that we are entitled to all the protection and reservation offered by the government. These are the instances where the beech is really serious and breaks the agreement between us . Please resolve the problem ASAP or I need to move to other higher authorities.
