Pearson Vue - Not getting any response

I came from Australia on **th December and booked exam of pearson PTE on ** December at Jalandhar Touchstone. I have given exam before as well but in Sydney Australia. On the day of exam I reached examination centre around ** mins early. However they waited until last minute to verify candidates which was one the reasons I suffered. While they were verifying candidates because of technical issues they were not able to scan my passport . They asked me to give call to pte customer service to see if they can do something. I requested touchstone staff to manually add my passport number incase it is not scanning. I do not think that is hard thing to do. I also requested them to check the stamps from immigration departments of both India and Australia. Also I have got my passport verified from Indian embassy in Australia. Staff could have handled the situation but they did not. I called pte and they put me on hold for so long and when finally I reached to representative he put me on hold again to see into the case. After listening to everything he told me I cannot dit in the exam because exam has already started. Staff at touchstone Jalandhar started their process late and then pte person put me on hold for so long how this is my mistake and why I have to suffer. That is fine as well I requested him to let me give exam on the same day any other timing after that. He said I cant because they have to verify my passport I asked him that I will send you of scanned or verified copy of passport so that I could give the exam. He refused saying that there is goning be a process to verify passposty I will recieve an email to send the documents and then everything will be sorted.
I told the person that I am here in India for limited time and I need this to be sorted soon. I got email on **st December and replied on same day but I did not get any confirmation. I have been calling pte since then and talking for about an hour but everytime they ask me to wait for *-* days. Its been more than ** days already. I still do not have any kind of response from their side. It matter could have sorted on sane day but it is taking so long. I have to go back to Australia soon to join my work. Everything is on stake right now . All I am hearing from them is to wait for *-* days.
