Paytm - Not get Refund of two items

Hi Sir/Madam,
I have two refundable amounts from paytm. Till now it become approx ** days and I haven't get any amount. Below is the Description-
*. Firstly, On *-Oct-**** I booked a Sony MDR headphones. When I received it , it was not in well condition. I returned it back to Paytm mall and their courier boy took that. Paytm promises me that they will refund the amount in ** hours. Till now it becomes ** days.
*. Second is , I booked a train ticket on **--OCT-**** in which amount is deducted from paytm and ticket is not booked. For that Paytm promise me that they will give it in **-days. Till now I am waiting for it. I have also sent them my bank statement.

I have contacted them in Facebook, Twitter and Gmail. The reply I am getting is we will resolve it ASAP. Also I have contacted Vijay Shekhar founder of paytm still they are blank from their side. I am giving you some short description of the orders:-
*. One is train ticket booking failed order id- **********.
*. Sony MDR-ZX***A refund amount order no **********.

They are fraud and cheaters, They try to ignore their customers. Soon they will loose all their customers. Please help me on this. I am sharing screenshots of some conversation with them in twitter. Please let me know if anything required.
