I have purchased insurance for my mobile phone in August **** I have claimed that insurance in February and company received my claim and they picked up my product on **th February but they didn't returned my product yet it's been nearly * and half month but I didn't got my product. When I contacted the company they told me that they sent my product on my registered address(which was my college address) where I'm unable to receive my product because college is closed and now I'm at home. And when I contacted the logistic team regarding address change they told me that if sender i.e. Jeeves company, send the mail regarding that they can deliver to the changed address. And when I contacted Jeeves they told they they will not change the address also they are not replying my mail. Also They are making excuse that due to COVID-** the delivery got delayed but again I want to highlight the fact that my phone was picked on **th February . Claim ID- IW********** Registered mobile no.-**********

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
