Product is AquaDPure water purifier, Placed an order which is displayed on official website of Amazon.
Successful order placed on ** aug ****, from very next day i am keep following for tracking of the shipment.
Wantedly they updated a fake id on portal.
So they are demanding to cancel the product and purchase with higher price as updated to get it delivered.
Just making customers fools in making online business.
They just tortured with there own policies. When a order is placed they are supposed to deliver the product,but they say the price is updated so pay extra money to get it delivered,this what they are giving rough answers.
As there is no tracking status i have requested to check and update what exactly happening instead of wasting my time.
But the support executives mentioned to wait till the ETA as mentioned **-**aug ****.
Today also I have contacted them they say it is reached to local courier service to deliver and to wait another *days of buffer time till * September ****.
Ultimately the Amazon doing a fraud business giving fake information.
They just wasted my * weeks of time,also the customer support people are just disconnecting the chats and calls on my face.
So I have only trust on you guys to look at this and help me further to get the product delivered. I don't need any refund.
