I ordered food from swiggy at * **pm on **th September **** and it was delivered at * **pm. As per my order it was **mins delivery or full refund. When I approached the customer service over chat, the guy was so rude and said that it was not a swiggy assured order. When I shared the screenshot of the offer, he came with another reason to deny the compensation stating that the order was delivered on time. Even he agrees that it was reached at **st min and delivered at **nd min. But he denied refund and rudely said that he cannot help.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
