Today(**/**/**) I have received a sms of special offer *** Rs with benefits of unlimited local/std calls & * Gb/day internet .Then I recharged my airtel no with *** Rs through online banking.
But I haven’t received the offer and when I called customer care ,they were saying that ‘sir you dont have this offer anymore ‘ .Ok if there is no offer for me then why should they send the sms.
I want my money refunded or the benefits
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
