Amrutha HS filed complaint against Byjus learning app on Dec 16, 2020
I had requested for cancellation, even before receiving the product(In fact with in a day). They had told i will receive the product within *-** days, but i received it with in a day.
Even after receiving the Product the Sent an email requesting the cancellation, They called and asked for the reason, I explained the reason. They said they will process. I sent mail to follow up, they gave refrence number " the ticket number is ********" after that their was NO response from them. So i sent one more mail on NOV ** **** . After that BYJUS is saying, you did not sent the product back with in ** days, so we wont be able to cancel.
They did not provide me address, I had requested multiple times, Please tell me the procedure so that i can sent the product back. As its a tablet i was scared to send it with out the confirmation.
Now they are denying the cancellation.
They wont reply/answer/tell the procedure for ** days. After ** days they say your trial period is over, you did not return with in ** days so we cant cancel this order.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
