I ordered a Lenovo laptop from amazon.in on **th July **** amounting INR **,*** and i chose to pay through COD, and at the time of payment I paid through UPI to official "Amazon Seller Services Deutsche Bank ****" the amount got debited from my end and the seller services told me the transaction is expired so they didn't get the amount, It's been * years and I have not got the product, my money back, or any legitimate support from this futile company. Whenever I call the customer support, they end up with the same thing - "higher escalation team will revert you back in ** hours" and it's been * years since they didn't revert me back!

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
