I have rs***** which I added in my talkcharge wallet . During various occasions I tried to pay my electricity bills and dth recharges which always failed recently . Their customer care service is useless ! They don’t reply promptly ! No one receives the calls on their helpline number ! No relevant replies on email, messenger or twitter ! No where ! They have completely stopped accepting calls from me now ! How am I supposed to use my *****rs in my account of talkcharge wallet when talkcharge is not allowing me to do any recharge or pay any bill !
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
