Pearson Vue - Not allowed to Take exam while having Aadhar card

I had applied for IBM Certified Application Developer - Operational Decision Manager Standard V*.*.*, but was not allowed to take exam on **/**/**** on **:** PM IST as I had Original Aadhar card as proof. It is no where mentioned clearly in the site or anywhere that aadhar card is not acceptable proof, when whole of the country aadhar is main necessity. I was not allowed to take exam and the money paid was forfeited by them, not allowed to reschedule also..
This is ridiculous, and completely cheating
