Jiomart - Not accepting the return for defective product

The Product "Havells Celia **l dessert Air cooler" is Defective as it is leaking and making a pool in the room from right side if it runs for few mins and the honey comb on the same side is not getting wet and the cooler is not working fully.

The Customer care has closed the complaint as resolved/resolution provided without even consulting with the customer.
I would like to reopen the same compaint ************.

As per the resolution given by the team - it is not mentioned any where in the product's return policy that the brand Havells is responsible. I am raising this request to jiomart because I purchased this product from the jiomart application under their return policy.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the response provided - "We are not authorized to inspect this product. The customer has to register a complaint with the brand to get the product replaced." - whereas as a customer of jiomart I am not in a place to contact the brand as I purchased the product from jiomart reading their return policy for the particular product.
