They already know my identity. The problem is that Nykaa does not have any option their menu or anywhere in their app where I could check their return policy. So I went ahead with the general assumption that if I am placing an order and I am getting delivery services, I should also expect return services. However, Nykaa is not accepting any return on their orders because during pandemic it "may cause inconvenience to the customers". The return policy is only notified when I place the order and there was no notification of suspension of their return services. But they have refused to accept my return request.
My contention is that if Nykaa is providing the delivery services then they are obliged to provide return services because both the services come hand in hand and refusal of return services would mean misguiding the customer and taking advantage of them. If they cannot provide return services then they many not even accept orders. Both accepting and delivering orders and return of orders can cause equal inconvenience to the customers, so either suspend both the services or none at all.
