Bought realme buds q via Paytm.com e-portal. They offered * days return policy on the product during purchase. After * days of use I find the product is flawed, had connection continuity problem. When asked about return, they denied my proposal and closed my dispute without my permission.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
