Recently I returned a sweatshirt of Rs.*** and the amount was initiated in Ajio wallet..But after that I'm not able to use my cash during payment since they're asking for an OTP that's sent to my old number which is lost..I requested for change of number and it was done..But after changing the number still I'm not able to use..I'm not receiving any OTP in my mail or phone number..It's ridiculous that the customer service is so bad..I tried calling number of times and the worst part is that we're not able to contact the customer service directly so that we the problem can be solved over tha call.
