Nidheesh filed complaint against Airtel on Aug 30, 2019
I was not able to make outgoing call from past * Months.
Following tickets where raised and escalated at many level,but I have not even get a resolution from any of them till now.
What the last update i have received is there is a network congestion in the area and it will be resolved in ** days.I have done a recharge for ** days and I need to wait for **days to get this issue fixed.This is against what you have assured to your customer and its against the agreement.
Now am in roaming and whenever I dial *** it will connect to Kerala customer care and they will mention the SIM is under Chennai circle and they are not able to help.
Worst part is that, they will provide a fake number mentioning as Chennai customer care ********** (Please try).As I have mentioned this, what they suggested is to go to Chennai and reach out to the Chennai Customer care.
Its such a worst experience,so I would like to get a refund of the * months unlimited pack (** days -Rs. ***) that I have activated,so that I can port it to some other better network.
