I have booked a flight ticket with Flexi plan, for which I had to paid the extra amount, it has a feature to allow the customer to change travel date any number of times. When I tried to do my side through APP/web, it shows some technical issues from the MMT site. Even talking to *-* customer care executive, none of the executive has taken any step to resolve this issue. I have been calling them and every time a new person picks the call and I have to explain the issue again and again.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
