I ordered * items from theos sec ** noida through zomato on sept **, ****. Order no. **********. All items were marked green or yellow. After delivery, the cheescake was melted, so i called restaurant. During the conversation, theos restaurant said it contains gelatin which is nonveg (pork). I said why was it labeled yellow instead of red. They said it was zomato's fault. Zomato blamed it on Theos restaurant. Zomato refused to refund or replace meal.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
