Jeeves And Flipkart - Nonrefund for installation

I bought a Havells geyser from Flipkart on dated **/**/**** and got it delivered by */*/**** ,then I called the Havells installation services and they sent me a technician within * hours and he installed the geyser without any issues and since I live under municipal corporation, he didn't charged me at all .
The next day i got a call from Jeeves about installation of the geyser , and i asked them to cancel the appointment and make a refund , the representative on the call replied affirmatively but didn't cancelled the appointment but postponed it to the next day. The next day nobody came to my house so i reached the flipkart customer care and asked them for refund the bluntly said that they can't do a thing I have to contact Jeeves Services.
Now , when I call Jeeves they say that they have cancelled the appointment and the refund department is of Flipkart and not their .
