I wish to lodge a complaint against Nykaa regarding the non-delivery of my order and the unreasonable delay in processing my refund.

I placed an order with Nykaa on **.**.**** and made payment successfully. However, the product was never delivered to me.
After repeated follow-ups with Nykaa's customer support, I was informed that the shipment was being returned to their warehouse because the courier partner was allegedly unable to deliver it. Subsequently, Nykaa informed me that the refund would be initiated only after the shipment reaches their warehouse.
More than ** days have passed since the order was placed, yet neither has the product been delivered nor has the refund been processed. Despite multiple communications, Nykaa has only provided generic responses and has failed to provide any definite timeline for refund. The delay in the return shipment is an internal matter between Nykaa and its courier partner and should not result in indefinite withholding of a customer's money.
As a consumer, I have fulfilled all my obligations by placing the order and making the payment. The continued retention of my money despite non-delivery of the product constitutes deficiency in service and causes unnecessary financial loss and inconvenience.
I have repeatedly contacted Nykaa through customer support and email, but the issue remains unresolved.
Relief Sought:
Immediate refund of the full order amount.
Compensation for the inconvenience, harassment, and time spent pursuing the matter.
