Hi i have ordered Pinnacle keyboard from jio mart on **th September **** and i received my product on **st September ****, keyboard was of very poor quality and stopped working within * days. Then i raised return request on **th September **** and request got rejected on **th September **** saying my phone is not rechable, i have called them back from my registered number and even gave them my alternate number, and from **th sep ** till today ** oct ** am following with jio and they are not helping me nor they are taking product back, am totally helpless and harass, am unable to use my PC also, please take legal action against jio mart, even their grievances side not helping me and telling me to give keyboard to Pinnacle brand and Pinnacle all numbers are invalid and its jio mart responsibility to take it return.
