Hi,
Very important to note that I had ordered food for my sister who is ***% vegetarian from Swiggy on *th Sep
Refer below order for Veg, I received Chicken Momos in place of Veg Momos (Dish *). I only found out after she ate one momo.
SWIGGY's mistake led a ***% vegetarian to eat chicken.
Plus I didn't receive Veg Fried Momos in Garlic Sauce (Dish *) - This is not even a complaint to the level of mistake they have caused.

First, I immediately called the restaurant who informed that they have provided the right dishes, and the mistake is at swiggy delivery exec's end who must have swapped someone else's order. He asked to file a complaint, and even acknowledged he would notify swiggy from his end.
Immediately, I reached customer support twice after this horrifying incident. Their support was more horrendous:
*. In my *st call, a lady exec listerned to entire story and put me on hold on the pretext of speaking to delivery exec. Meanwhile the call got disconnected. I waited for a call back, but received none.
*. After **-** mins, I reached back Swiggy Call Support and asked about my complaint. Their exec, Kunal responded saying the complaint has been lodged and a feedback is being taken to ensure such mistake doesn't happen in future in a very generic casual tone.
On pursuing strongly, Kunal informed me that I would receive an Apology Mail along with an update within ** hrs about the investigation and the actions taken on my complaint. Note that as per Kunal, Restaurant delivered the wrong items against the order which contradicts the version informed to me directly by the manager.
As of now, I have received no call/message/mail in any form even after claiming to be customer-centric with its policies.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
