Swiggy - Non veg food delivered on veg order

I have ordered #*********** veg food chilli paneer and noodles from Swiggy on **/**/**. They delivered me non-veg chilli chicken and noodles (Lazeez Restaurant). As on the receipt the food items were mentioned in abbreviations so I was confused but when I open it up and then I noticed that it did not look like paneer. So quickly I complained about it to swiggy and ask for a refund of the amount. The swiggy executive told me that we can not refund the amount as per our some policy. So we can give you a coupon of Rs. **. I said I do not want the coupon I want a refund but he denied completely.
