We had booked an international your from Thrillophilia and paid *.*lakhs as advance,but till now we have not got any visa dates,.we have been following them up since ** days,but there is no response from visa team,when I raised complaint there,the sales team also stopped picking up the calls.They do not have transparency in their work,so I need to cancel my booking and want the refund which they are not responding.kindly help!
