I am filing a complaint against Thrillophilia for refusing to cancel my Sikkim trip (PNR: BKD*ONLH*CF, travel date: May **, ****) and issue a refund, despite my request due to the ongoing India-Pakistan border tensions and war-like situation.
Issue Details:
Booking: Sikkim trip booked via Thrillophilia, PNR: BKD*ONLH*CF, cost: Rs **,***. Paid via Credit card.
Cancellation Request: Requested cancellation on [** - May - ****] due to safety concerns from India-Pakistan conflict (Pahalgam attack, border closures, travel advisories). Sikkim’s proximity to borders heightens risks.
