I have booked a tour for Vietnam and Cambodia, ** N ** Days. I have paid ****** for ground support, accommodation and foods. International tickets, Visa, PCR Test are extra. This company did not provide me proper accommodation. I have wait Two hours on reception on first day after arrival from India. Paid ** Dollar extra for accommodation. Company did not provide breakfast. Did not shown Dark cave, which was mentioned in its itinerary. Did not tour us in Ho Chi- Mean city and I have booked local tour with cost of *** Dollar more. This company provide rude driver who listening songs and seeing movies while he was driving. Our whole journey was terrible and painful. No ground support. No representative of this company was there.
