I bought a tab from Amazon.in It was defective and same was confirmed by their technician. As per their written policy for tablets, it is returnable if it is defective. However, the customer care insists on replacement as the only measure.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
