Hetal filed complaint against GTPL on May 27, 2021
I am writing this with very regret that even after series of calls and mails, I am not getting any solution for my complain.
I am using GTPL since ****-** and this is the WORST experience I am having. Since May **, **** my connection is not working properly. I can understand that was due to Taukte. But after that my connection worked for almost one day only or so and since May **, **** my connection is not working. Every day I am doing calls on various available numbers and no one is bothered to resolve issue, even not attending calls. After lots of attempts I can connect with executives and but as usual getting standard replies. Even not able to contact seniors, after requests to executives.
Because of all this, my office work is suffered a lot and I am not able to complete work on time, online classes are also suffering.
As a service provider and as we are in pandemic situation, you must be aware of importance of internet services and its continuity.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
