I booked an airticket in makemytrip. Flight cancelled by the airlines and amount refunded to the wallet of makemytrip. I requested for transfer the same to my bank account. Accordingly, it shows that on **th August **** it has transferred the amount. However it has not been credited till date. several attempts made to contact but in vain.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
