Amazon India - Non refundal of my money

I am Dinesh Sabharwal and I had placed a order on amazon.in with the order number ***-*******-******* on * the Dec ****.i paid the amount of rs ****/- from my SBI debit card.on the same day I.e *th December **** I had cancelled the order and I was shared the reference number ****** regarding the refund on **th Dec.i was told that you would be getting the refund in * working days.after waiting when I called Amazon ,they told to contact SBI customer care for the same.when I called the bank customer care,they told that they can do nothing with the reference no. And they need the utr no for the transaction (rs ****/-).I had called Amazon for more than ** times and they are not ready to share the utr no. For the same.kindly order them to refund my money back as they are treating Indian customers like they are not humans
