I have made a transaction by purchasing a ticket to my native place via googlepay vide Upi transaction no ************ which i have got the receipt of but makemy trip neither acknowledge nor did they issue me a ticket .Now their contact system is such that you cant even get in to any representatives without a PNR no what do I do to reach them they are not picking the call nor replying the mail
