I had made a payment of INR ***** towards Colive property Golden Square in Chennai; in Feb **** and they were supposed to give me the check in from March, but due to their delay in getting OC they kept pushing the dates and couldn’t provide occupancy. Later Covid hit and I had to return to my home town. I have been following up since then with several phone calls and multiple emails asking for a refund and there had been no response at all. It has been over a year and still my entire money is held with Colive.
I haven’t utilised their services at all and all the employees who helped me get the booking done have quit leaving me no connects to reach out except the toll free number that leads to a what’s app chat. Hence seeking support in getting my money back from Colive.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
