Hanuma Akula filed complaint against Goibibo airlines on May 23, 2020
Booked * tickets for Trujet *T-*** on ** May ****, departing time **:** with PNRs EF**E* and U**E*B.
The flight is cancelled due to corona outbreak. Due to the reason being the flight itself is cancelled im eligible for a full refund of rupees ****.
But rupees *** was refunded.
For the same flight, i booked * more tickets on Easemytrip.com with PNR E***E* and P**A** and the amount was fully refunded which means it the problem with GoIbibo and not the airline.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
