My daughter Rashi Gupta travelled by Air Asia from Jaipur to Hyderabad on **th Feb **** by flight no. I*****. (PNR No.HB*WNB)
At the check-in counter, she was asked to pay INR ****/- towards excess baggage charges. Her seat number was **D.
Regret to inform you that she has not been issued the official receipt for the said amount. I request you to kindly look into the matter and issue the receipt for the same.
