Air Asia India - No refund for cacelled rescheduled flight

This complaint is regarding two flight bookings, one for myself and the other for my wife.

Scenario: The flight was rescheduled from **:** to **:**, I got this mail one week before, on raising the concerns through chat with an agent, who took my complaint (case number- *********) and said that they would work on the refund. However, after multiple follow-ups, they are saying they cannot provide a refund for the flight. Taking this flight was not possible for me because it was not a short reschedule + I ws coming from Belgium (travelling already for **+hrs).

Scenario: My wife received an email from airline about rescheduling one week before the flight but the time was the same in the mail, which means in the mail the departure time was mentioned as **:** (original time). My wife was also traveling from Brussels, upon reaching the counter a couple of hours before the flight, the flight authority said, there was no such flight and her booking doesn’t exist. Upon multiple checks finally, the airline authority accepted and said they had taken the complaint and would refund the amount. However, after multiple follow-ups, we have not received any refund and no one responding to my emails as well.
My wife had to face a lot of trauma due to this, she was not able to get a flight to Ranchi directly that day, we got a flight via HYD to Ranchi paid **k INR, and reached at * PM. I would request compensation for this as well.
