Hi,
I had made a flight booking on *nd Dec (CCU - PUN) , travelling date was *th Dec,****.
Today (*th Dec), I cancelled the flight as I had changed my plans so ideally( ***/- (cancelling fees as ) & *** (convenience fees) ***/- should have been deducted but there has been a deduction on ****/- (kindly refer the Air Asia screenshot)
I had chosen Premium Flex so any cancellation before * days would attract a cancellation charge of ***/-.
When I called customer care they said that the cancellation charge has increased to ****/- but this is not mentioned anywhere on the website so requesting a refund the extra ****/- deducted.
