VISMAYA A filed complaint against Air Asia India on Oct 23, 2022
The tray table in front of me (seat no. **F) was not clean. It was stained with oil and was not wiped. Also the drinking water of previous passenger was also there in the pouch. More than that as it was a flight to Kochi, Kerala - PET/PETE bottles of drinking water of capacities less than *** ml which is banned in Kerala was found using in the cabin(they used *** ml capacity PET bottle of drinking water of company named clear premium water). As I was an Assistant Engineer in Kerala State Pollution Control Board previously I suggest not to use such products. Instead recyclable disposable glass can be used.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
