I had booked Train tickets from Redrail app under Seat Guarantee feature, wherein *x Refund is provided if the ticket is fully waitlisted after chart preparation. I had paid Rs **** as premium for Seat guarantee and paid Rs. **** as Ticket fair by Coupon provided by Redrail. The ticket was fully waitlisted on the date of travel and yet no refund, voucher was provided by the Company. The Customer care themselves agreed that the refund/voucher should be provided but failed to help. Indirectly I paid Rs. **** as Seat guarantee premium for nothing. Neither I got Confirmed ticket, nor refund or voucher for the same.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
