Makemytrip - Non disclaimer leading to financial loss and mental agony

Hi! This is with reference to my Booking ID : NN*************. While making the Air Asia bookings on the mobile app, nowhere is it specified that we have to buy the checkin luggage.

Just like there are ground rules and universal facts, the same way its obvious that flights provide the checked in luggage. Even if they dont there is always a disclaimer there.
There was no cross sign on check in baggage neither was there any mention thay only hand luggage is free.So how will a first time goer know.
The make my trip says that the information is not available. The information not being available doesnot mean that the checkin luggage is not free. I mean this is a major drawback and has caused me to pay more Uselessly. I could have taken any other flight without bearing this extra money. I habe to now pay **** per head for round trip just for the luggage which is just unfair As per the Consumer Act, any information which is displayed should be true. But the app.just says " the information is not available" . Beacuse of the flaw in the app I have to bear from my pocket. I escalating this since my first call was closed. The customer care executive himself told me that air asia flights dont give free check in luggage. SO why is the full information not there in the app. ?? Because the disclosure was not there, I suffered a loss. Make mytrip needs to do something about this.

It has caused me a mental harassament. and a financial loss of ***** rupees approx.
