Flipkart - Non delivery of product

Order not delivered despite repeated followups.
Ordered MI **T *G phone on **th June. At that time the delivery date on the app was showing **th June. After competing the payment process, the delivery date miraculously changed to **th June. Order was not delivered even till **th June.
After complaining on **th June, I was given a revised delivery date of **th June. Order was not delivered even on **th June. Raised a query again on **th June, and no response till **th June.
Company took additional Rs. ** from me citing 'secure packaging', despite me being a Plus user.
Zero customer service:
Customer service guys are not solving my problem. They are just giving excuses and fresh deadlines with no real commitment or interest. Its not their fault really. They are taught this method of sweet talking customers into wasting their time and money and patience on their useless brand.
What issues I have faced:
*. Hard earned money stuck with the company for ** straight days. (**th - **th June) with no real solution in sight
*. The order was supposed to be a gift for my dad on Father's Day. I not only lost that day, but also had to face humiliation from others as I had no gift to give.
*. Fake promises and excessive charges from Flipkart. The customer care has been utterly useless and repeated complaints have been met with standard and hollow assurances.
*. I had to cancel my family outings twice as I the customer service people 'assured' me that it will delivered by the now elapsed deadlines. I have faced another round of humilation coupled with financial losses due to cancellation of the abovementioned trips.
What I want from Flipkart:
*. Written apology
*. Full refund
*. Compensation for the mental and financial losses
*. Removal of the seller from the platform (I know this is a farcical step, but I want it to be done nevertheless.)
