I have ordered a product Hoard led bulb from Flipkart on ** February with order id OD******************.It was a prepaid order.On ** March i came to know that my product is delivered at my address.But in actual i have not received the product.I complained the same matter with Flipkart customer care on same day.From ** March till today's date neither product is provided nor my refund.Instead of complaining many times Flipkart is not responding and saying your product is delivered at your address.I have raised this concern to NCH grievance but they are are not providing resolution.More so ever Flipkart customer care don't give a call for follow up of my complaints.They are harassing me since ** days.i want a strict action against this company and refund of my money.
