Fedex did not bother to inform us about duty payable. After several emails to Ms. Priya, Ms, Veena, Mr. Syed etc. received an email in response.
We paid customs duty on Dec **.
Till date - Dec **, ****.. no response from Fedex about delivery.

Pathetic Fedex. This is the third time we are facing this miserable experience in the hands of Fedex
Where is our cargo? Will Fedex deliver or not?
