Paytm - Non Delivery of Fastag

As the government made it compulsary to have Fastags for all vehicles, I ordered a Fastag for my Vehicle from Paytm and paid Rs. *** for the same on **.**.****. To my surprise it shows a long delivery date of *th December **** with no option of return/refund/cancellation. Till Date the Paytm is not able to deliver my Fastag nor there is any assurance till what date they will deliver. There are thousands of such complaints pouring in against Paytm on Social Media. They have no solid answer to the queries nor their customer care numbers are responding. The last date given by the Government for applying Fastags is very near and PayTM is not clear about the delivery. I have to option to buy a Fastag from open market. But PayTM is not responding on refund of money.
