I have booked Kia SONET in August ****. Region salesman said we will get delivery within *-** weeks. While contacting after ** weeks to Kia India, they mailed us that waiting period is **-** weeks after booking confirmation
Now, it’s been more than **-** weeks. Still, i haven’t got any response from salesman, car dealer & nor from Kia India.
I have to call them every *-* days to know the status. Car dealer always reply that we will update u in * hour but they never replied us.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
