Fire Boltt - Non Delivery desired Products under Warranty

I have Purchased Fire Boltt Invicible Plus Black SS Model Watch in March **** from their Fire Boltt Online Website and in November **** it’s become FAULTY (Not Charged and Dead) under Warranty, So I have submitted Faulty Watch at their Service Centre on **/**/****.

On **/**/****, I have received message from Fire Boltt that they do not have stock of Black SS Watch and they are going to ship Gold SS Watch, after that I have called and e-mail them many times requesting them do not ship the Gold SS Watch and Ship only Black SS Watch which I have ordered and submitted for replacement. But they are denied by saying as company’s replacement policy Company does not have Black SS Watch, so that Ship the Gold SS Watch and on **/**/**** they delivered me Gold SS Watch which is also Faulty and not up to the mark original quality, Dial is not good, Display is not good, Gold SS Chain is not good and Watch is not connecting with Mobile. The Gold SS Watch which they have sent to me is OLD / REPAIRED WATCH which is not working properly.

I as a Customer do not like to Gold SS Watch from beginning, that’s WHY I have ordered Black SS Watch. SO I NEED NEW BLACK SS WATCH UNDER WARRANTY REPLACEMENT.

They are also saying that Replacement Product is Equivalent or even superior in features.

Even the Current Price of Gold SS Watch on their Website is INR *,*** and where Black SS Gold Price is INR *,***. So if the Replacement Product is Equivalent or even superior in features then WHY there is difference of INR *,*** in prices for both the Watches. They also have Stock Silver SS Watch as per their Website but they do not Ship Silver SS Watch because Silver SS Watch Price also showing INR *,*** on their Website. So clearly they are just playing with the Customer Money who have bought their product with good trust and faith as an Indian Brand.
