I have booked my train ticket through MakeMyTrip from Delhi to Haridwar for ******. The passengers are me and wife. My reservation is confirmed and my wife could not be confirmed. I wanted to cancel the ticket. MakeMyTrip system is not working and they are not refunding the cancellation.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
